Charlotte is loved and cared for by Dr. Anderson's daughter Brynn. Charlotte was adopted from a shelter on Whidbey island. Brynn is devoted to Charlotte who was a huge comfort to her during her undergraduate years at the UW and year in law school at Gonzaga.
