Since we operate on an appointment basis, please call our office and discuss the reason for your visit. We will schedule accordingly.

After your appointment is scheduled, we request that you have your previous records faxed to us. We will need any progress notes, laboratory data and vaccination records including the most recent Rabies certificate. Our fax number is (206) 328-4288. It is important that records be here prior to your appointment.

Your appointment time for your visit is 20 minutes prior to the time you are scheduled with the doctor. Let us know ahead of time if you are on a tight schedule and we can arrange for you to fill our new client information form prior to your visit. In general, plan on being at our office approximately one hour on your first visit.

Since the history of the illness is so important, we request that the owner of the pet be present at the visit. If this is not feasible, then it is requested that the owner be available by phone at the time of the visit
