1. You’ll Check In

Upon walking into the clinic, you’ll be greeted by a member of our customer service staff. They will get you checked in and verify we have the correct contact information on file for you. If this is your first visit with us, they will also request any previous medical records you may have brought with you.

2. A Veterinary Assistant Will Help Get You Settled

One of our Veterinary Assistants or Technicians will help you get settled in your exam room. They will take your pet’s vitals and go over a few basic questions before heading back into the treatment area to grab your Veterinarian.

3. Your Exam

Our Veterinarians are here to make you feel comfortable! They will go over the treatment plan and answer any questions before taking your pet into the treatment area for any services. When appropriate, all services may be provided in the exam room.

4. You’ll Check Out

When your exam is complete, your Veterinarian or Assistant will guide you back to the front desk so you can check out. Our Customer Service team will be happy to help you book your next appointment, if you’re ready.
