To renew a prescription through a third-party pharmacy (e.g. Walgreens Pharmacy, etc) – please call your pharmacy directly to request your refill.
You can now request a refill for your pet’s prescription by submitting the form on this page. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor so please allow at least one business day for a response.
Please allow 1 business day for a staff member to review your request. Home delivery is not available, prescriptions must be picked up at our location. In the event of an emergency, please call (206) 328-2675.
