Pet Health Insurance is an increasingly important topic and it is prudent to spend some time researching.
*Eastlake Veterinary Hospital does not directly accept pet insurance. All invoices should be paid at the time of services. We can provide a copy for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.Resources:

Eastlake Veterinary Hospital is not able to provide international flight certificates or paperwork for traveling to Hawaii. However, we are happy to issue health certificates for all other flights.
We are required to complete an exam of your pet before signing a health certificate and typically, airlines require these to be issued no more than 10 days prior to your flight. Please call us with as much advanced notice as possible to ensure we have availability for the exam.
We always suggest speaking directly with your airline to be certain of any additional travel requirements they may have.
